Latest update on Covid-19 Lockdown 5.0 i.e. Unlock 1.0

Currently cases in India is still gearing up with its speed. Total Case in India is 1.8 Lacs and 84k recovered patient with 5k+ deaths. Today on 30th May government has announced some relief on lockdown which can be also called as Unlock 1.0. Lets see what are the announcement made by our government.

  • The following activities will be allowed in the areas outside containment zones:
  1. Religious places and places of worship for public
  2. Hotels, restaurant and other hospitality services
  3. Shopping malls
  4. Schools, colleges and Educational Institute will be open after consultation with State and UTs.
  5. (Ministry of health and Family welfare will issue standard operating procedures for the above activities ).
  • Based on the assessment of the situation dates for re-opening the activities will be decided
    1. International air travel
    2. Metro Rail
    3. Cinema, Gym, Swimming Pools, entertainment parks, bars and similar places.
  • Night Curfew
    1. Movement of an individual will be strictly prohibited between 09:00 pm to 5:00 am throughout the country, except for essential activities
  • Lockdown limitation in containment zones
    1. Lockdown will remain continue till 30th June 2020.
    2. No movement of people will be allowed except essential needs or medical emergency.
  • Unrestricted movements
    1. There will be no restrictions on Inter and Intra state movement of person or goods
    2. No permission, e-permit or approval required for the movement.
    3. State or UTs based on reason of public health and its assessment of the situation; propose to regulate movement of person. Notice will be issued advance in case of such implementations.
  • Protection of Vulnerable person
    1. Person above 65 years age, pregnant women and children below 10 years age are advised to stay home if it is not necessary.
